Blue Ocean Financial is a team of independent life insurance agents with Family First Life (FFL). This is a commission-only sales opportunity: help families find coverage, develop your skills, and work toward building a sales team of your own. Work remotely or alongside us at our North Scottsdale office.

I’m a college dropout who came from solar sales. I made the move to life insurance because I wanted to build something for myself with uncapped income potential and the freedom to work remotely. That’s what I’m building here, and I’m looking for people who want to put in the work alongside me.

Where you come from matters less than what you’re willing to put in. We provide training, tools, and team support. You bring consistency, coachability, and the willingness to do extremely hard work. This is commission-only, with no guaranteed income—and success takes time and effort.
